Katerra Motors currently ships with both UPS (The United Parcel Service) and the Canada Postal Service. You have the option to choose standard shipping or expedited services from either carrier at the time of your purchase. Orders placed before 1:00pm (EST) ship the next day. Shipping times vary depending on ship-to location. Most items are delivered within 5-7 business days.
Alternate Shipping Addresses are allowed but may be subject to further verification. Unfortunately, there is a lot of credit card fraud on the internet, and to protect our customers as well as our store, we will call customers who provide alternate shipping addresses for further verification. You may be requested to add the alternate shipping address to your credit card account before your purchase ships.
Shipping cost is generated based on the products in your shopping cart and your Ship-to postal code. Simply add the items you want to your cart by clicking on the "Buy" button, and then enter your zip code to calculate your shipping options and costs. Handling fee is included in shipping. This is a Real Time Shipping Calculator designed to give you real time rates from both UPS and CanadaPost based on where you ship to and the weight or dimension of your order before you enter our Secure checkout. This feature works for Canadian addresses. Customers shipping to international locations can receive rate information during checkout before you submit payment.
Katerra Motors will take every care to make sure shopping with us is a pleasant experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date of shipment for a credit or refund. Refunds are given in the form of a business check. We do not credit back credit cards.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways.
All returned items must be in new condition, with all packaging materials and paperwork included. Items returned in poor condition may be subject to a restocking charge.
Items returned past the 14-day return period will be given store credit. Items returned after 21 days will be handled in a case by case manner.
Katerra Motors is responsible for shipping charges on mis-shipments, damaged or defective merchandise.

Manufacturer Policies on warranties vary and are valid for Canadian Customers only. In general, Manufacturer warranties cover Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Damage to products from misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, damage from accidents, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
All freight costs are not covered under any warranty. The customer is responsible for these costs.
